My car was rear-ended, but perfectly drivable. This shop had already assessed my car's damage (twice). We scheduled a fix date and they told me it would be a 6 day fix. Insurance provided a rental. The shop took some parts off my car and found more damage. They called to tell me it was totaled. Now insurance is offering me much less than my car is worth and I have a deadline on returning the rental. I asked the shop if I could pick my car up so I can drive it until I reach an agreement with insurance. They said I would have to pay $67 for them to put my car back the way it was when I brought it in.
Last week(thanksgiving) we visited this beautiful town and on our way in we had hit a deer. I looked up few shops to fix up my bumper temporarily so we could get back to Texas and picked NW collision Center. The fender liner of our van was scraping the floor and driving was not easy. Matt took a look at the vehicle and removed the Fender liner free of cost for us so we could go on our way. He was polite and helpful and reassured me that it's okay to drive back home without the bumper replaced. Though we did not have to do extensive work, I'd highly recommend this business when you are in need. Thank you Matt for your kindness.
