Starr Properties seems to be a good company but is very obtrusive with their payment reminders. I usually get 2 reminders a month. One by email and one by snail mail. Some months I'll get 3 emails (yes, I have proof). We're not little kids that need constant reminders. I'm never late on my payments and I don't plan to start now. OH! Thanks for fixing the fences.
